We want your LumiLift device to arrive quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once dispatched.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. During peak seasons, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also use our Track Order page to check your delivery status at any time.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is coming soon.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please allow 1–2 additional business days before contacting us. If genuinely lost, email us at WilliamJD.business@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
