Returns & Refunds

If you would like to return your item, please contact us at WilliamJD.business@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, you must send the product back to us. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect, you will be eligible for a full refund. Simply contact us at WilliamJD.business@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange the return and process your refund promptly.
